Q-Pilot – WhatsApp Metro Co-Pilot
Q-Pilot is a WhatsApp-based solution that brings Mumbai Metro timetables, routes, and station info directly to commuters — no extra apps required.

Metro info on WhatsApp (timetables, routes, nearest station)
Multilingual (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Extends existing metro ticketing bot
Location-based station detection
Built using WhatsApp Cloud API + qRaptor agents
Impact:
Saves time with clear schedules
Inclusive for non-tech-savvy users
Complements official metro systems
Scalable to other Indian cities
